Kitchens are the heart of every home. Somers Custom Furniture Division was commissioned to create a casual sitting area, where family and friends gather for a meal, or visit while enjoying the lakeside view. Somers Furniture set up a site visit to measure the interior wall, to ensure that the custom, three piece banquette fit like a glove upon installation. Using an outdoor fabric in a textured sand color was selected to blend into the decorative tile work on the back wall. A low dining back was specified to guarantee that the picture windows remained the focal point of the room. Whimsical pillows in various shades of cool tones result in a playful, yet sophisticated atmosphere.
Three piece low back custom banquette for bay window. Banquette, ottomans and accent pillows are all upholstered in solution dyed acrylics to eliminate premature fading caused by sun exposure.
